The Maximise Rehab website has been revamped! The website now includes information about Parkinson's Disease - another specialist area of interest for Carla. Carla has done further study on neuroactive exercise for Parkinson's Disease, designed to help with the specific movement symptoms that Parkinson's Disease can cause. 

We are now able to offer treatment using Saebo products! Our physiotherapist, Carla, has spent time this week training on all the products that Saebo offer. Some of their products can be loaned directly from Saebo on a 2 week trial. In time, Maximise Rehab is hoping to purchase a selection of their products which, when appropriate, patients can trial before deciding if they wish to invest. 

During lockdown, exercise classes have moved to using online formats, to encourage everyone to continue with their fitness goals even when face to face access is limited. There are a number of stroke charities which are currently running classes especially for stroke survivors:
